Procom offered an optional business TV option through which I could opt for Samsung, LG and Sony. The process was quite easy. The installation and setup process was quite easy. One needs to use basic ingenuity to use the TV. The quality of the Samsung business TV that I purchased through Procom seems superfine in terms of screen display and audio quality too.

We Purchase AV equipments from Procom regularly for our needs and we have always received top notch equipments ( on their recommendation) and have always experienced excellent support services (need is rare though as good are of very good quality)

Absolutely outstanding service as I had bought a Xiomi short throw projector which stopped working within 6 months .. went from pillar to post and Xiomi was not helpful at all ., finally a friend recommended Procom, sent my projector to them and they were extremely helpful and fixed the projector..
